I love to make simple breads, but had never tried beer bread (or even heard of it for that matter). This recipe from Gimme Some Oven caught my eye. It’s not an every day bread, but it was gone almost immediately with my beer-and-honey-loving husband and my bread-loving self around. I went a little heavy on the honey because that’s a general rule in our house. This one is worth a go!
