I just saw that the Amazon Deal of the Day today is 50% off one of our favorites… Green Toys made from recycled plastic. They make everything from tea and tool sets to cars, trains, and airplanes. I especially love how these toys are not particularly gender specific but still come on a range of colors, so even if your tomboy loves pink & purple, there’s a tool set for her! And yes, we own (and love) this tool set and several Green Toys brand toys!

I love, love the pastel tool set! I think it fosters an interest in building and the mechanics of things for little girls. I bought my (now thirty-something) daughter a doll and a tool set for her 2nd Christmas… this is soo much prettier. Thanks for sharing!
